Prosperity Place is a 176 mixed-family, town-home community nestled in the Prosperity neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina. Established in 2007, the community features three development phases led by Oakmont Builders, True Homes USA, and Beazer Homes USA developers. The community is very diverse with people of all ages, backgrounds, and professions. The amenities within the neighborhood include a pool, dog stations, and small park. Overall, Prosperity Place is a great place to live and with the help and support of neighbors and owners, we would like to continue to make our neighborhood a place we can proudly call home.
