Things you should know as a New Resident…

1. Make sure you receive your parking pass from the previous owner. Two passes are allocated and assigned per home . The key itself contains the name and address of each lot owner.
2. Effective January 1, 2019 the association dues will be $145.50 monthly. A $20 late fee is charged to accounts after the 30th.
3. It is your responsibility to contact our Cedar Management Group and give them your email address and phone number for billing purposes.
4. School District: Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools
